Pat Foster captain of the WAVERUNNER, a 50’ custom built Carolina boat is a Virginia Beach native. He's proud to say that he has been fishing local waterways for more than 25 years! Captain Pat holds a U.S. Coast Guard Master’s License, has dedicated his life to sport fishing and enjoys every aspect of life on the water. He also loves sharing this once in a life time experience with people and showing them what he does best! Captain Pat has fished from Cape May, New Jersey to Morehead City, North Carolina. He has placed or won numerous marlin tournaments, the latest being a first place finish in the 2005 Virginia Beach Billfish Tournament.
